-the teleconference information and pin code via eMail to participate in the upcoming online office hours where you will receive season appropriate tips, as well as hive management tips and techniques, followed by Q&A for questions that you eMailed in prior to the teleconference and lastly any time remaining for your open mic questions
-the eMail for you to send any photos or video for evaluation of your hive or frames of what concerns you have and we'll advise you on the next step to take

If I change my mind, can I cancel?

We strongly believe in the expertise we have to offer.
If I eMail you a photo or video evaluation, can I expect an immediate response? Sometimes, but be reasonable. We do shower, sleep and have family time, not to mention the farm to run; but that having been said, we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. If you have not gotten a response within 48 hours, please assume that we did not receive your eMail and send it again.
Why would you make yourselves available at such a low cost?
We absolutely love the honeys and want to provide support for you if you are new to beekeeping in Florida or simply new to beekeeping. The honey bees need your help to thrive without the constant pressures of their dwindling resources and the over-spraying of pesticides.
What if I don't want to subscribe monthly, can I still get your help?

If I don't subscribe soon enough and the mentorship program is closed, can I get on a waiting list?
No need for a waiting list, simply revisit the group events mentoring section often. If someone cancels that spot will become available to the first person who sees it and registers. Otherwise it will indicate SOLD OUT.
Is it better if I just take a class than subscribe?
If you remain a premium member, you will receive a lot of information that would probably require taking at least 3-4 classes. Not to mention, you can access this premium mentoring from the convenience your home without the need for travel, hotel expenses and class fees. You can always join us at a future class, we'd love to have you; but in the meantime, we'd like to help you.
What if I cancel, can I rejoin at my previous rate since you have a monthly rate guarantee?
As long as you come back within 30 days, we can honor your previous monthly rate. Please eMail us rather than joining again.
